There was an article in a magazine this month (Self? Shape? Can’t remember) that explained the relationship between exercise and breast cancer. Apparently, 10 hours of exercise per week significantly decreases the risks of breast cancer. Can you tell us more about that? Does it also decrease those risks in people… at risk, precisely? THANKS!
