Your challenge for the week.

Here’s something to keep you busy for the week:

 my little mini challenge

-> Two workouts per day, ideally one strength, one cardio, with one rest day, and

->eating very clean the whole week.

I know we all have busy schedules, but I would like for each workout to be at least 30 minutes long.
